June 24th, 3:45 p.m.

Hello everyone, we have our daughter!!! We got to go to the baby home this a.m. and pick up Leia, how wonderful it is to have her out of there and here with us. She is supposed to be having a nap time already, but she is being so good here at the hotel, we just can't try to make her sleep. Brandy and Wind get to go tomorrow to get Lexi, so we are sharing Leia for tonight. Little do they know, she sleeps in their room tonight.

Everything went well today. Thought the baby home would be a big deal, but we arrived, they brought her to a room, took all her clothes off and handed her over. Took all of 5 minutes, which includes us dressing her and taking a couple pictures and we left. What a great feeling. Leia was great on the car ride, she was looking all over the place.

Other than that she is perfect. We just got our crib delivered into our room. Can you imagine how much room we don't have, now that we have added a crib to our furniture collection. Oh well.

I am so glad Brandy is traveling to Moscow with me. We really disrupted the plans with that request, but it all worked out and I don't have to travel alone. Our apartment is right on Arbot Street, so the shopping should be great. Hopefully there wont be time for that, would like to stay busy and get home to all of you.

Well, guess I better go relieve Aunt Brandy from her new babysitting duty. We will write more soon. Glad to hear from you all. Love and Miss,

Hi DJ, Hi Owen. Hope you guys are ready for your new sister. She can't wait to see you!!

Good morning and we are so happy for you guys. So, how did Leia adjust to being away from the baby home? Did you let her sleep with you? They really took off all her clothes? Wow, did she get to keep anything that you bought from the last trip? Not that it matters. My girls can't wait to see the barn and the pony..HaHa
You guys better hurry up, I heard an ad on the radio about free furnace friday's and Greg has been working from sun up to sundown. The profit sharing will be in the negative by the time you guys get back!!!!
If they have magnets with Russia on it, could you pick one up for the girls, they have a collection and this one would be great.
Have fun with your little girl and have a safe trip home. Keep us up to date.

Hurahhh! she is finally yours (and ours). Did she seem a little anxious when you left? That had to be quite a feeling for her too....
I hope your ponies and goats don't run in the neighbors yard and make a mess! Nadeen has been able to keep them under control right now but I'm not sure when they leave we will have to put aunt Michelle in charge of the livestock.
The kids had a good time today playing. We hauld out the blow up slide and then we left..
Just talked to Jerry(J's brother) and he said there are international cafe's in Moscow where you can get on line so don't leave us hanging.
I'll check in again in the morning.
Love and miss you guys
Give Leia a kiss for us.

Well we haven't heard from you yet, she must be a good sleeper.
DJ says we are having a nice time with the hockey sticks and the mask. We spent most of the day in the pool, the weather here is getting quite hot again.

WOWW!! That is so cool!! It just keeps getting more and more real every time you write. Cant wait to see the little chick-a-dee.
These are my words of wisdom for the day... get her interested in dance lessons, gymnastics, or figure skating. Baseball in the hot sun from noon to six has given me a screaming pounding headache today. For some reason, there are never any trees within a 10th mile of a baseball diamond. We now know how bbque chicken feels when its on the grill.

Hey Uncle Buck and Aunt Robin, I slept over last night and am going to sleep over again tonight. In the sand box we put some water in and made a castle together this morning. When I was heelying I fell and scraped my knee, sorry about usning most of the bandaids. We swam most of the day with Uncle Dan, Aunt Na did not get in so there is plenty of water left. Maggie swam with out her life jacket. Love, Paige
